We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New & Unused condition, in the original packaging with all accessories included.

• Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail. Please contact us at support@bluevinemarine.com to receive a return authorization.

• Return Shipping Costs:

  • For Defective Products: We cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For Customer Remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
